IMMA: Museum to Concert Venue

Visitor attractions, like the Irish Museum of Modern Art, are looking at new, more creative ways to raise revenue.

These attractions are targeting audiences outside their comfort zone by opening up their doors and grounds to more imaginative events like concerts and weddings.

Over the weekend, Ennio Morricone took to the stage at Kilmainham and this Thursday, British band Blur will play their only UK and Irish show of the year there off the back of their exhibition, Blur’s 21: The Exhibition.
